Voluntary Flexible Working Arrangements
As part of our commitment to attracting and retaining the best possible staff and to assist employees to balance work and family life, a number of voluntary flexible working arrangements are available to DFEEST employees, including:

- working from home
- provision for special leave up to 15 days for cultural activities.
Workforce Diversity
DFEEST recognises the value of workforce diversity and the benefits inherent in a workforce that is representative of the broader community. We are working towards this by:

- launching the Aboriginal Employment Strategy to 2010: Walking Together Towards Prosperity.
