The South Australian Government is raising skill levels and generating employment through major building and civil infrastructure works across the state.

Since January 2011, 15% of total on-site labour hours on South Australian Government building and civil works over $5 million and 6 months duration must be worked by apprentices, trainees, Aboriginal people and local people with barriers to employment, and through up-skilling.
