The Sustainable Industries Education Centre (SIEC) is being built on the former Mitsubishi site at Tonsley Park in collaboration with South Australia’s universities and industry.
The new $125 million centre will become a training hub for building and construction, bringing together all the trades associated with these industries on a single site.
SIEC will provide nearly 45,000m2 of world-class, energy efficient, trade training infrastructure.
It will transform training in the building, construction and water industries and open the way to incorporating more green and clean technologies into future building projects.
