The selection process​

The graduate recruitment process

• Application: Applicant applies online through the SA Government Graduate Register. Applicant then applies directly to the DFEEST Graduate Program advertisement.
• Shortlisting for interview: If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by telephone and email. Interviews will be held in the Adelaide CBD.
• Interview: You will be interviewed by a panel comprising of the relevant business representatives and members of the Organisational Development team.
• Final shortlisting: Applicants who are successful at interview will be required to undergo a Criminal History Check to ensure suitability for employment with DFEEST.
• Instrument of Engagement: Once all of these stages have been completed and clearance is received, you will be given an Instrument of Engagement, which will outline all your terms and conditions of employment with DFEEST.
