We are looking for Human Resources Graduates with a degree in human resources, business, law, psychology, behavioural sciences or similar.

Human Resources (HR) Graduate responsibilities may include:

  • Providing advice to managers and employees on issues of recruitment, personnel policies and procedures, performance management, career development, industrial matters, diversity and safety
  • Contributing to the development of HR policy and procedure documents 
  • Verifying HR forms for processing in accordance with relevant Acts, Awards or departmental guidelines 
  • Assisting the HR Consultant in classification assessments, job design and redesign evaluations and liaising with appropriate classification committees and external consultants 
  • Participating in strategic project development and delivery.
